Proclamation " To my people", 17 March 1813, (1936). Aufruf " An Mein Volk", 17 Marz 1813. The proclamation was issued by King Friedrich Wilhelm III of Prussia (1770-1840) in Breslau (present-day Wroclaw, Poland). He called on Prussians and Germans to support the struggle against Napoleon.
