Prisoners Released, Spanish-American War, June 1898, (1899). Troopships at Port Tampa, Florida, USA, preparing to leave for Cuba. The mules and horses coming up the track had just been liberated from the various ships. From " The Little I saw of Cuba" by Burr McIntosh, with photographs by the author. (In 1898, American actor and journalist William Burr McIntosh went to Cuba to cover the Spanish-American War for " Leslies Weekly" as a reporter and photographer). [F. 10x8 Print in an MDF Wooden Frame with 180 gsm Satin Finish Paper. Glazed using shatter proof thin plexi glass. Frame thickness is 1 inch and depth 0.75 inch. Fluted cardboard backing held with clips. Supplied ready to hang with sawtooth hanger and rubber bumpers. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Packaged foam wrapped in a card.
