Bellows, c1530, (1881). Etching of a set of walnut wood bellows, partly gilded, with bronze, leather and silk velvet, made in Italy in the early 16th century. The central panel is carved with two dolphins and demi-figures of savage men wielding clubs and shields. From " The South Kensington Museum", a book of engraved illustrations, with descriptions, of the works of art in the collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum in London (formerly known as the South Kensington Museum).
