Serlby, 1899. George Edward Milnes Monckton-Arundell, 7th Viscount Galway and 1st Baron Monckton, in hunting clothes. George Monckton-Arundell (1844-1931) was Conservative MP for Nottinghamshire North from 1872-1885.
