Ramon de la Sacra. Gallego publicist born in 1798. Arrived in Havana in 1821 and made a great speech on botanics. Had polemic arguments with Saco relating to the the poems of Heredia. Published in Paris, in collaboration of French naturalist, the book Natural history and Politics of Cuba (1838-1857) which cost the treasury 70 thousand pesos.
