Carlos Roloff, (1842-1907), 1920s
General Carlos Roloff, born in East Prussia in 1842 was bookkeeper in the Caibarien in 1869. Revolted in the Villas in 1869. He fought during the war of Yara and returned to Cuba in an expedition in July 1895. He was Minister of War and died 1907.
