Baron Ephraim Lopes Pereira d Aguilar, 2nd Baron d Aguilar - Of Starvation Farm, 1821. Portrait made in 1803 of Ephraim Lopes Pereira d Aguilar (1739-1802), naturalised British eccentric merchant farmer. The baron kept animals at Colebrook Row, Islington, London, known as Starvation Farm because of the inadequate food he provided for his cattle.
