Kings Bridge, 1874. Bridge over the Spuyten Duyvil Creek, New York City, USA. Kings Bridge crosses the river near Spuyten-Duyvil Creek, which unites the Harlem [River] with the Hudson [River]. This is an old, historic bridge, identified with many of the early events in the history of the town. The first Kings Bridge was built in 1693 at Marble Hill near what is now West 230th Street in the Bronx.
