Cecil Reginald was a British soldier who served in the First World War. He was born in 1891 in London, England. He was the son of a tailor and had three siblings.
Cecil joined the British Army in 1914 and was assigned to the Royal Fusiliers. He was sent to the Western Front and fought in the Battle of the Somme. During the battle, he was wounded and taken prisoner by the Germans. He was held in a prisoner of war camp for two years before being released in 1918.
After the war, Cecil returned to England and worked as a tailor. He married in 1921 and had two children. He was a devoted father and husband and was known for his kindness and generosity.
Cecil was a member of the British Legion, a veterans' organization, and was active in his local community. He was also a member of the Freemasons and was a respected member of his lodge.
Cecil Reginald died in 1974 at the age of 83. He is remembered as a brave soldier and a kind and generous man. He is an example of the many brave men and women who served in the First World War.
