The procession, St. Marys Hill, Stamford, 1844....her Majesty [Queen Victoria] and her loyal escort passing St. Marys Hill, at Stamford, with the fine old church in the distance it is principally of the thirteenth century: the height of the tower and steeple, to the top of the vane, is 163 feet.
