Prisoners Released, Spanish-American War, June 1898, (1899). Troopships at Port Tampa, Florida, USA, preparing to leave for Cuba. The mules and horses coming up the track had just been liberated from the various ships. From " The Little I saw of Cuba" by Burr McIntosh, with photographs by the author. (In 1898, American actor and journalist William Burr McIntosh went to Cuba to cover the Spanish-American War for " Leslies Weekly" as a reporter and photographer). [F.
