A photograph folder from the Ubangi Club. The folder holds a sepia toned photograph (2013.46.25.66.1). The front of the folder features red and blue text and design. There are red and blue stripes running across the top and the bottom of the front cover of the folder. Small red American flags arranged in a " V" shape separates the cover into three sections.
