Neil Armstrong lunar surface training, USA, April 22, 1969. Astronaut Neil A. Armstrong, wearing an Extravehicular Mobility Unit, participates in a simulation of deploying and using lunar tools on the surface of the Moon during a training exercise in Building 9 at the NASA Manned Spacecraft Center (now Johnson Space Center) in Houston, Texas. In the background is the Lunar Module mock-up used for crew training.
