The Battle of Carberry Hill, 1567, c1742, (1944). The Battle-Array of Carberry-hill near Edinburgh with the Surrender of Mary Queen of Scots to the Confederate Lords of Scotland, and the Escape of Earl Bothwell. The battle took place near Musselburgh, East Lothian, Scotland, and was fought between forces loyal to Mary Queen of Scots, and those who opposed her after her marriage to the Earl of Bothwell.
