Archbishops Palace, Croydon, 1912, (1914). Croydon Palace, Croydon, Greater London. Croydon Palace was the summer residence of the Archbishop of Canterbury for over 500 years. The buildings date from the 15th century and remained a residence until their dilapidation in late 18th century.
